Rental Property Management Inspection Report: PropMiC prepares report that includes information that will assist clients with their goals and objectives. The report will help with the implementation of a management plan tailored to each client specify need or size. The report may contain regional analysis, neighborhood analysis, market analysis, alternatives analysis, proposed property analysis, and investment analysis.
Leasing: Prepare lease and ensure the integrity of lease information and ensure leases are properly administered and tenant are in full compliance with provisions of the leases. Respond to customers needs by providing information and follow-up on issues. Rent collection: Collect rents and deposit into clients account or forward it direct client. Also keep records of rent collected and prepare income side of budgets and quarterly forecasts; review rent rolls, lease expiration and aged delinquency reports. Calculate operating expenses estimates, reconciliation of bills and lump sum reports. Track critical dates of lease options, letters of credit, certificate of insurance etc. Marketing: PropMiC will prepare market advertising campaign based on the inspection report in order to respond quickly to fill vacancy of the client's property. Maintenance: PropMiC will prepare a maintenance policy based on client’s property needs and size. Rehabilitation: PropMiC will prepare an estimate to address any deficiencies based on inspect report.
