If the information is supplied by you the ROI Report is $50.00 Inorder to to complete your report we need the following: 1. Digital picture of the property 2. Digital picture of the front of property, sides and back. 3. Digital picture of any defects with the property. 4. Digital picture of the street 5. State the address of property. 6. State type of occupancy(what will it be used for). 7. State the length of time you intend to keep it. 8. State how you would rate your credit between 1 and 10. 9. State if you currently own any real estate. 10. If you own real estate, state your balance, your monthly payment 11. State a name and a phone number you can be reached.
